Subject: Re: [docbook-apps] Section TOCs in HTML: Placing after intro text

I never got this to work for chapter-level TOCs. The section TOCs fix worked
well, intro text was rendered before the section TOC.
Here are the changes I made to the chapter template:

<xsl:template match="chapter">
  <xsl:call-template name="id.warning"/>

  <div>
    <xsl:call-template name="common.html.attributes">
      <xsl:with-param name="inherit" select="1"/>
    </xsl:call-template>
    <xsl:if test="$generate.id.attributes != 0">
      <xsl:attribute name="id">
        <xsl:call-template name="object.id"/>
      </xsl:attribute>
    </xsl:if>

    <xsl:call-template name="component.separator"/>
    <xsl:call-template name="chapter.titlepage"/>

    <xsl:variable name="toc.params">
      <xsl:call-template name="find.path.params">
        <xsl:with-param name="table"
select="normalize-space($generate.toc)"/>
      </xsl:call-template>
    </xsl:variable>

   <!-- Get anything that isn't a section -->
    <xsl:apply-templates select="node()[not(self::section)]"/>

   <!-- Create the chapter level TOC -->
    <xsl:if test="contains($toc.params, 'toc')">
      <xsl:call-template name="component.toc">
        <xsl:with-param name="toc.title.p" select="contains($toc.params,
'title')"/>
      </xsl:call-template>
      <xsl:call-template name="component.toc.separator"/>
    </xsl:if>

    <!-- Process sections as normal -->
    <xsl:apply-templates select="section"/>
    <xsl:call-template name="process.footnotes"/>
  </div>
</xsl:template>

Using this code, the chapter TOC is still rendered before the intro text.
Any ideas on this?

Mike
