Hi Gihan,
I haven't been able to reproduce that (on Ubuntu). Ant usually does ok
with spaces in paths and doesn't require you to escape spaces. What
environment are you running it in?

Btw., it won't change anything for this problem, but I would use the
latest snapshot release when working with webhelp:
http://snapshots.docbook.org/ Much has been updated and fixed.
