Jirka, Thanks for the suggestions. I did try using a very small margin on the region body, and that may work, though it also requires adjustment for a bunch of other things (TOC, footnotes, etc.). But, it is one way to get there. I'll also check out your other suggestion, too. Thanks for the help.
