Re: [docbook-apps] dbtoepub is broken on latest docbook-xsl-ns-snapshot

The snapshot build machine is still having problems, and they seem to be at 
the filesystem level rather than the DocBook tools level. We are working to 
get it fixed.  In the meantime, use the 1.78.1 distribution instead of the 
snapshot build.  Sorry.
