Subject: user-defined text/background color in HTML output

Hello,

I’m implementing the possibility to define text and background color for inline text in DocBook files. For this, I chose the <phrase> element:

            <phrase role=”fgcolor:red;bgcolor:yellow;”>red text on yellow background</phrase>

where any colors can be specified by a valid name or HEX value, so no predefined color list exists.

I implemented the required stylesheet adaptation for PDF output, but we also output our documentation as Eclipse help system. And here I’m a bit stuck with understanding what template shall be customized.

Could you please point me to the direction of the HTML counterpart of <fo:inline>? I’m probably overlooking something very simple.

Thank you very much!
