Evening (late evening from my point of view)

I'm new to all this so I'm a bit behind on everything (and I have no idea of etiquette so please forgive me if I've failed to something important - like introduce myself*).

What's the problem with generating the DTD? Is this something I can try to help with? I have a few hours a day to fill for the next month (long commute) and I'd be delighted to try and help out.

Hmm. While I'm here, I found a couple of mismatches between the spec and the schema. I should report those to where?

cheers

* I'm Nic - I do DocBook and other things for a living; I worked at Penguin on their XML implementations and specifications where we implemented something rather similar to the Publishers' Schema and I'm doing similar things for another publisher right now. My current project is actually using a slightly modified Publishers' Schema.
