The DocBook Technical Committee will meet on Tuesday, 19 Feb 2002 at

   Dee Schur asked me to make everyone on the TC aware of the Open Publishing
   Conference[2]. You're invited to participate if you can.

6. XML Character Entities {5 min}

   Proposal to publish first working draft of entities document[3].

7. Dublin Core metadata {10 min}

   Bob's proposal[7]

8. Metadata location {10 min}

   The proposed list was:

     equation, example, figure, informalequation, informalexample,
     informalfigure, informaltable, itemizedlist, legalnotice, msgset,
     orderedlist, procedure, qandadiv, qandaentry, qandaset, table,
     variablelist

   And there was no disagreement on the list. Of the proposed names,
   "blockinfo" or "blockmeta" and "metainfo" were in a dead heat.
