Thank you very much. I'm not in doubt that everyone else from TC is able 
to come with better English style than me. I'm sure that if I would read 
Czech text with the same style errors and language clumsiness that I 
made in English I would not be very pleased by that text. That's why I 
very much appreciate your suggestions and corrections.

I replaced previous HTML and PDF versions by fresh ones with errors 
corrected.
