Hi Norm,

It's always best not to try to remember these things, because when the  
rules change even though you've remembered correctly you're no longer  
correct ;)

We changed it a while back to 15% yes (a minimum of 47 'yes' votes are  
required for this particular ballot) with not less than 25% no votes  
of total votes cast.
