Subject: Pass 6 on assembly proposal

Attached please find a ZIP file with the next pass on the assembly schema
and sample. This reflects the changes proposed at the October meeting. I
have not integrated Norm's changes from his stab at documenting the assembly.
There were some changes in names of elements and content models that were
major and I am still processing the write-up.

I made a significant change to the output statement that may not have been the
best schema design -- it was getting complex enough that I just said you have
to have at least one of the attributes (I had been trying to make sure the
combinations made sense but it got away from me). Since there may be changes
to it, anyway, one of the RelaxNG experts can redo it once we agree on the
details of what makes sense and what should be required/allowed.

Regards,
Larry
