Subject: RE: [docbook-tc] assembly metadata container
I like the supplement wrapper element. It opens things up to provide things other than info if that becomes desirable. I have a preference for supplement because I think that is what it is and, without becoming too much like the White Knight about it, I favor using as accurate a name as possible. Given that we have "programlistingco" and "inlinemediaobject", I'm not to fussed about the length. I'd support either: infomerge or infosupplement We could also use merge or supplement as a top-level element name: <merge> <info>...</info> </merge> <supplement> <info>...</info> </supplement> Be seeing you, norm -- Norman Walsh <ndw@nwalsh.com> | Whatever else we are intended to http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/ | do, we are not intended to Chair, DocBook Technical Committee | succeed: failure is the fate | allotted.--Robert Louis Stevenson
