Thank you :)

There were no responses at all but I wasn't really expecting any anyway - if coding guidelines exist I would be delighted to follow them though. 
Right now the stylesheets are very much a work in progress and we've decided to target 'normal' XHTML as well as EPUB due to a change in Penguin's requirements. They're still happy for me to pass on the results of the project though.
