DocBook TC April meeting date

Based on the responses about the April meeting date, neither the Chair (Norm) or the 
Secretary (Bob) are available on the 18th, so I think we need to change the date.  It 
seems the 11th is considered ok or maybe for everyone that responded, while three 
members could not make the 25th. I can't make any of the dates because I'm on vacation 
from April 9 to 26.

So I would suggest meeting on the 11th.  Norm will need to take or delegate the 
minutes.  I'll send out the action item reminders this week, and the agenda on the 
8th.
