Bob -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: Re: [docbook-tc] Regrets for 25 May Date: Wed, 25 May 2016 13:55:04 -0400 From: Chet Ensign <chet.ensign@oasis-open.org> To: Norman Walsh <ndw@nwalsh.com> CC: Bob Stayton <bobs@sagehill.net> Hi Norm, hi Bob, You don't actually have to send them to me. Here's all you need to do.- TC members should send their SoU to the TC mailing list. If they are an organizational member, then the members primary rep should confirm the SoU. The easiest way to do that is for the member submitting the SoU to send it first to the rep, ask him/her to reply back with a statement approving the SoU and then the member can forward to the TC mailing list.
- Non-TC members can send SoUs directly to the docbook-comment@lists.oasis-open.org <mailto:docbook-comment@lists.oasis-open.org> mailing list.
- Once you have the 3 or more in hand, you fill out the request (at https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/candidate-oasis-standard-submission-request) to proceed with the Special Majority Vote to approve presenting the Candidate OASIS Standard to the members. That ticket has fields for the links to the emails with the Statements of Use.
From there, I'll run the Special Majority Vote for you. Once it passes, I'll work with you to prepare the Candidate OASIS Standard, load it and start the 60 day public review.
