Oh, ack! That's not a publicly distributed tool. It's a hacked
perl script of my own devising that turns the structured
comments in dbparam.dsl into DocBook refentrys. It doesn't do
anything generally useful...

If there's really sufficient interest, I suppose I could put it
up somewhere...
