Subject: Re: DOCBOOK: eps, html
/ eylem <eylem@ebox.de> was heard to say: | | does a tool exist, which makes a eps file to gif I've had good luck with Ghostscript available from the FSF and Aladdin Systems. Also get the NETPBM tools (from, er, somewhere). I usually do the following: 1. Generate a PBM file from EPS using Ghostscript at a resolution of say 400dpi 2. Crop the image with pnmcrop 3. Rescale the image to 100dpi with antialiasing 4. Convert the scaled image into a GIF or PNG. That usually works out pretty well.
