DOCBOOK: Extend Set to (Book|Article)+

Is it a silly idea ?

Set ::=
((Title,Subtitle?,TitleAbbrev?)?,
 SetInfo?,ToC?,
 (Book)+,
 SetIndex?)

becomes:

Set ::=
((Title,Subtitle?,TitleAbbrev?)?,
 SetInfo?,ToC?,
 (Book|Article)+,
 SetIndex?)

With this feature, we won't be obliged to transform articles in books
in order to make a useful documentation repository with prewritten
docbook papers.

Is is hard to implement? I mean the consequences with stylesheets, pre and
post tools.
