DOCBOOK: DocBook -> MIF

About a month and a half ago I recall a brief discussion of how
O'Reilly produced the definitive guide. A script (Perl?) to do the
conversion was mentioned. I spent some time poking around O'Reilly's
site recently and was unable to find it. Is it publicly available? If
so, where?
