Download them from http://www.oasis-open.org/cover/ISOEnts.zip.

AFAIK, the contents of the files have not changed, only the file
names have changed. You should be able to rename your existing files.

On the other hand, I think they added the Euro character to one
of the ISO files (is anyone certain about this, and to which file
it was added?)
