RE: DOCBOOK: RFE: QuestionInfo and AnswerInfo

     What're people's thoughts on adding two new elements, QuestionInfo and
     AnswerInfo?

     These would fill the same role as elements like Sect1Info, DocInfo,
     and so on.  Primarily, these would allow FAQs marked up as QandASets
     to show when a question or answer was added and/or modified, and to 

Two thoughts.  1. I would like to identify the author, I'm presently using
a <para role="author">. 

2. I often need a 'question expansion' block straight after the main
question, since the question captures the essence of the topic, but further
expansion is needed to clarify. Another possibility for QuestionInfo?
