DOCBOOK: Announce: Simple DocBook/Slides/XSL Stylesheets

I've released 4.1.2.4 of my Simplified DocBook DTD. It has no major
changes, just some parameter entity reorganization so that I could
update my Slides doctype. Which I have. I've also published a new XSL
stylesheet distribution. There's better chunker support in there now,
but note that versions of XalanJ1 prior to a day or two ago have some
sort of bug that makes xsl:fallback not work.
