Subject: Re: DOCBOOK: Chunking with XML
I use emacs/PSGML under both Windows 2000 and Window 98; it works pretty well. The diehard Windows crowd will probably still not like it, though, since emacs remains emacs, and does not have the Windows "look and feel".
