DOCBOOK: FOP 0.19-CVS

I am having troubles creating a PDF	from DocBook FO.  I recently downloaded
the 0.19-CVS version of FOP.  I thought that since it has been awhile since
I downloaded the XAE, that my stylesheets were out of date, so I download
the 1.41 version of the FO XSL stylesheets.  I can't seem to get FOP to even
completely parse my FO file.  Here is the error I get:

Any help would be appreciated.
