DOCBOOK: Problem with latest CVS: reference to undeclared entity

Hello,

Newbie to DocBook.

Had some problems obtaining a printed copy of DocBook: The Definitive Guide.

So I just pulled the lastest CVS but got the following error when I tried to
create a .fo.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Is this because the file example.2.txt is not in the CVS at this moment?
