DOCBOOK: Easy question?

Hello,

For some reason all text in the output PDF file is not exactly centered
(slightly off to the left).

Tried USletter and A4. Manually set page.width and page.height. Did not
help.

What am I missing?

DocBook XSL 1.48
Saxon 6.5
Xep 2.71 Eval
