Oops.  Don't mind me.  I'm stupid.

I tried this out:

(make formatting-instruction data: (include-file "big-header.htm"))

and got the following error:

jade:dbhtml.dsl:93:43:E: invalid value for "data" characteristic

Any other guesses?
