For those of us who would like to work with the
customization layers rather than the flattened
files, could you add this catalog file to the set?
It resolves the PUBLIC entity references to
Docbook 4.1.2 and the xmlcharent entities.
I'd rather not have to edit your files, or arrange my
directories to match your system ids.
I can just edit my copy of the catalog file.
