... which, as I wrote, *typically*, would be the namespace URI, eg a
URL. By "the namespace URI", I mean the namespace URI which acts as
namespace name in this specific instance, eg
<xmltag
namespace="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">transform</...
