info elements in paragraphs

I'm following up on RFE 679316 "Allow orgname tag within
paragraphs" for the DocBook Technical Committee.
The committee decided to look at all of the *info elements
in the DTD to see which others might be useful as
inlines in ordinary text. 

The committee is proposing that the following additional
elements be made available as inlines in ordinary text:

corpname
date
orgname
publisher
isbn
issn
biblioid

Comments are welcome.
