1. There are problems with keyboard navigation in IE. This worked OK in Slides 
3.0.0, but there were changes introduced in slides.js in 3.1.0 that 
seem to persist. See Slides bug ID 677057.

2. Minor FO localization errors (missing stuff in common/sv.xml): 

"Making landscape pages on A4 paper (297mmx210mm)
No "sv" localization of "Continued" exists; using "en".
No template for "/slides" (or any of its leaves) exists 
in the context named "title" in the "sv" localization."
