Minor bug found on pt translation

Hi

While producing a document today, I found a minor bug in the portuguese
translation:

Where it stands:

dsssl/modular/common/dbl1pt.ent:<!ENTITY RevHistory      "Hitorial de
Revis\U-00F5;es">
dsssl/modular/common/dbl1pt.ent:<!ENTITY revhistory      "Hitorial de
Revis\U-00F5;es">

xsl/nwalsh/common/pt.xml:   <l:gentext key="revhistory" text="Hitorial
de Revis&#245;es"/>

There should be:

dsssl/modular/common/dbl1pt.ent:<!ENTITY RevHistory      "Historial de
Revis\U-00F5;es">
dsssl/modular/common/dbl1pt.ent:<!ENTITY revhistory      "Historial de
Revis\U-00F5;es">
xsl/nwalsh/common/pt.xml:   <l:gentext key="RevHistory" text="Historial
de Revis&#245;es"/>
xsl/nwalsh/common/pt.xml:   <l:gentext key="revhistory" text="Historial
de Revis&#245;es"/>

Notice the "Hitorial" where it should read "Historial"
