I'd be twitchy about docbook trying to process something in 
http://www.dpawson.co.uk#ns namespace, i.e. something I
deliberately wanted to process myself?

Did you mean includes *all* namespaces, or just those
you 'recognise' today, e.g. svg and mathml?
