Oops. Sorry Bob its not an electronic page,
its one of those old fashioned dead tree pages in a print book
that some publisher owns?

I'm currently processing with a custom xsl stylesheet...
I'm curious if its common, 
or just me being difficult (don't answer that.... pls)
