The same tools, I hope so. After all, Docbook v5 should require for transformation only a few changes in the stylesheets, no? For the validation, I already use a RelaxNG version of Docbook and nxml on Emacs. It works fine. xsltproc works fine with RelaxNG schemas in XML syntax (but Docbook has still its DTD, as a fallback, I do not know if it will be the case with v5).
