By design.  I don't think a title was ever valid after the info element.

The main change from the 4.* DTD is enforcing a single title element, whether

it is a child of book or a child of info.

Seems that a title element must appear either before an info element or first within an info element. Won’t validate if title element subsequent to info element.

Is this by design or a b2 corrective action?
