LOC CIP

Does anyone happen to have a convenient example of Library of Congress 
Catalog in Publication (CIP) markup for a book I could copy? I assume I 
put something into a biblioid element like so:


<book>
   <info>
     <biblioid type="libraryofcongress">
       What goes here?
     </biblioid>
   </info>
</book>

I'm just trying to figure out what actually goes into the biblioid element.

Also, do the DocBook XSL stylesheets support this at all?
