Subject: Re: [docbook] Current best practices for including Dublin Core metadata in DocBook?...
The DocBook TC made sure that the DocBook schema has equivalents of the Dublin Core Metadata Element Set version 1.0, starting with DocBook 4.2. It was documented in the 4.2 spec document, but for some reason was dropped from later DocBook specifications. See: http://www.docbook.org/specs/cs-docbook-docbook-4.2.html Something like that section should be added back into the 5.0 spec.
