[docbook] Hot to use own tags

Hi. 

I have small problem, when I use docbook2pdf. 

Example. When I wrote html-manual, I have to use clauses like:

<para>
 When you want to make big title, use h1-tags like this:
<h1>title1</h1>
</para>.

Now when I try to make pdf, I get error:
element "H1" undefined

How can I use own tags, in my document ?
