Hi Folks,

I'm going to apply to GSoC with this idea. I've already talked to Stefan 
Seefeld who may potentially be my mentor with this if my application is 
accepted. He suggested me sending you my draft to let you know that I'm 
already planning to apply to this project and of course, to hear your 
comments.
