Hosting {www,wiki}.docbook.org?

Hi folks,

Anyone out there got spare bandwidth and a static IP address to host
the DocBook websites? They're generating more traffic than I can
afford setup with dynamic DNS through dynect.

I'm exploring a couple of other possibilities, but...I'm open to
suggestions.
