The DocBook Technical Committee met on Wednesday, 19 March 2014.

1. Roll call

2. Accepted the minutes [1] of the previous meeting.

3. Next meeting: 16 April 2014

4. Review of the agenda.

5. Review of open action items

  a.  Norm to publish an XSD for 5.1 when it is finished.
      CONTINUED

  b.  Norm to publish DocBook 5 CR3 and annouce plans to move
      forward on 26 Feb.
      CONTINUED

6.  Publisher's and eLearning subcommittee reports

Nothing to report.

7.  Transclusion in DocBook

Norm is looking to implement the new XInclude in Elliotte Rusty
Harold's XOM, and will accept help if it is offered.  This second
implementation is required before the XInclude 1.1 can proceed to
full W3C Recommendation.

8.  DocBook 5.1 release

Norm had planned to release CR3 last week, but ran into issues
with processing the OASIS specification document.  He expects to
resolve those issues and release it soon.
