Re: [docbook] DocBook 5 and Chunked Content

Hi,
When DocBook 5.0 was released, the RelaxNG schema was overly strict in 
specifying which elements could be root elements in a document.  It did 
not take into account modular files.  DocBook 5.1 will pretty much allow 
any element to be a root element.
