Oh, I did not realize you were using "jw" as your processing tool.  That 
tool uses the obsolete DSSSL stylesheets, while I was describing what 
can be done with the XSL stylesheets.  I can't help you with the DSSSL 
stylesheets.  You should seriously consider switching to an XSL-based 
system.
