DSS - misc typos in schema portions cited in core

the following comment from the discussions of the TC shall be hereby 
made available to the public during puplic comment period.

On one hand the OASIS Core cites all snippets of the complete normative 
schema file represented by the XSD-file published alongside the spec.

On the other hand this schema file was generated by extraction from the 
core document (spec).

Typographical errors found while ensuring well-formedness and validating 
against external schema were not yet feedback into the core document (spec).


Proposed Resolution

After public comment period is ended those minor errors will be 
corrected in the next version, following the current one.
