Title: Volunteers for Co-Chair

At the TC conference call meeting today it was decided that the TC would have two co-chairs instead of just one chair.  I was not able to attend the previous two TC meetings and required a substitute to chair the meetings.  This is not ideal and having a co-chair will help to reduce the situations where a substitute is required.  In addition, it will help to spread the administrative burden.

The TC decided to issue a call for volunteers and nominations for TC co-chair.  Anyone who would like to volunteer or who would like to nominate someone else should send an email to the TC mail list indicating your intention before the next TC meeting (March 24th).  A vote will then be held at the next TC meeting to choose from all those who volunteer or are nominated.  Anyone that is nominated will also have to express their desire to take on this role.  We don't want to have someone nominated and elected that doesn't want to do it.
