Proposed dates for Face to face meeting

Dear all,

In the conference call held on June 30th,
the issue of agreement of face to face meeting was
discussed.
The group made the following decissions:

1. To propose July 24 and 25 (Thursday and Friday)
as the dates of the meeting. The reason being that
no one in the conference call rose any strong objection.

2. Me to send to the list this message to make public
to the rest of the group this decission and TO ASK FOR
ANY STRONG OBJECTION ON THE DATES. SUCH
OBJECTION SHOULD BE RAISED BEFORE JULY 4
(THIS FRIDAY). 

3. If no strong objections appear then the dates for the
face-to-face meeting will be the ones mentioned above.
