Created ballot for electing DSS TC co-chair

Dear all,

A ballot has been created in the OASIS DSS TC web page for
supporting the election of the DSS co-chair.
The candidates are:

Lockhart, Hal,
Perrin, Trevor
Pope, Nick

May I request you to access the ballot web page, read the details
of the ballot process, follow the link Edit Votes & Proxy Vote
and there to vote?

Some details:

Ballot will open July 4 and will close July 11. See details on opening
and closing times in the ballot presentation.

Results will be accessible only after the close of the ballot.

Votes can not be modified (ie, once somebody will have voted, 
she/he will not be able to change it)
