Subject: RE: [dss] Patent application notification


Regarding the patent application, I believe the intent of the company that
owns the patent (Zolera) is to license on a RAND basis
should that be necessary. 

Presumably such intent is adequate at this point to allow the group to continue
and have the f2f?

I should point out that I am a former employee of Zolera, so this information comes from
my conversation with a Zolera representative.
