Plans for usage of dss specs

Dear all,

According to what it was decided in our last conf call, we send this email
in order to ask organizational members of the DSS TC about their plans 
for using DSS specs and with this information progress in the standardiztion
path.
In order not to interfer with the discussions held in the general list, we
suggest
to directly send this information to the email addresses of the co-chairs
so that they can collect everything and report the committee in subsequent
meetings.
