Thanks, I'll fix these in a new draft (before next meeting).  Also, the 
next draft will have:
  - Final <ClaimedIdentity> text, per on-list discussion with Nick
  - Perhaps allowance of multiple <ReturnUpdatedSignature> options, if 
people agree with that?
